Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund.

How to Request a Return or Refund To initiate a return or refund, please contact us at hello@taijisleep.com with your order number and a description of the issue (including photos if applicable). We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

For most cases involving international orders, we offer a full refund without requiring the item to be returned, as international return shipping costs are often disproportionate to the product value. We do not cover return shipping costs for international orders where physical return is required.

Damages & Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at hello@taijisleep.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will make it right with a replacement or full refund — no return required.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty or hygiene products) once opened
  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges If you would like a different item, please contact us at hello@taijisleep.com. The fastest way to get what you want is to request a refund for the original item and place a new order.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Your item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds Once your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at hello@taijisleep.com.
